Our client is an international company in the food industry and belongs to the biggest supplier in this segment. The company has an uniquely strong global presence and one of the strongest brand names in the food industry.

For immediate reinforcement of the supply chain departement in Vienna, we are looking for a

Customer Service and Logistics Analyst (f/m)

with excellent Dutch language skills

Your responsibilities:

  • Present logistic solutions regarding DDP deliveries taking into account various factors such as costs, route or delivery dates
  • Communicate and build relationships with clients and logistics partners
  • Keep track of inventory and possible delays in order to ensure a flawless order-to-cash execution
  • Ensure that all logistic movements are correctly represented in SAP
  • Coordinate overseas shipments
  • Sales support
  • Claim management
  • Keep track of relevant KPI's

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Economics
  • Work experience in logistics and customer service
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills, German is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office and SAP skills
  • Well structured, solution and customer ortiented personality with strong ability to prioritize
At first the contract is limited to three months, an unlimited employment afterwards is possible. For this position our client offers you a yearly gross salary from € 32.000,-.
